RIA receives and processes requests, coordinates communication and prepares the handoff. NEO manages the Data Center with CODA, TARA, VERA, DARIEN and ALEX, operating within approved policies.

NEO — managing the Data Center.

Manages the Data Center operating model and his technical team. Turns RIA’s workload briefs into architecture and coordinated execution, resolves technical conflicts and verifies the outcome.

RESPONSIBILITY

Architecture, runtime coordination, execution sequencing and outcome verification.

AUTHORITY BOUNDARY

Dispatches work within approved policy. Cannot bypass owner authorization or a failed TARA quality gate.

Team assignments are defined; Data Center runtimes are not yet activated. VERA and DARIEN are new Data Center specialists. Automation scope and access are authorized before activation.
